First month using OPKs and got my BFP

The OPKs and HPTs work excellent!! The first month I used the OPKs I got my positive on CD23, confirmed with a digital and then got my positive HPT 11 days later. They worked great. Everytime I got a positive I confirmed with a digital and they were positive as well. No indents, no confusion, very easy to use.

We are not planning to get pregnant for a while, but wanted to start tracking when I ovulate.
I def feel when I am ovulating, but I wanted notification when I was about to and these ovulation strips are extremely accurate and I could read the double lines very clearly!

I have been buying these items for a few months and they were great but the last set of strips I got were really cheap. After I soaked it in urine the test fell apart.....Not sure whats wrong with them.

My husband and I decided to try for children after waiting for several years. I am very goal oriented so I ordered this combo after the first month because I wanted to make sure that we were "trying extra hard" at the best moments. The night I received my package, it was the day before my period was to begin. So in the morning I took the pregnancy test, and it was positive! I don't have a need for the ovulation sticks but plan on giving themto a friend who is trying to conceive.

Here I go again....well, this is the second time I've purchased this combo. I have NEVER had a positive result from the ovulation tests....I'm going to try it again & maybe this time I need to do it every day after my cycle to see where my ovulation is hitting???
However, the pregnancy tests are very accurate & have worked in my previous pregnancy....why pay $15-$20 for 1 pregnancy test? This works very well & very economical.

The ovulation strips worked really well. I got pregnant the first month of trying. I am now 5 weeks along. The preganacy test strips however did not detect that I was pregnant until after my period was a day late. Even then the line was so faint that you had to really look at it to see if there was a line there. I confirmed with First Response test.First Response would have told we I was pregnant days earlier but they are expensive. I guess you get what you pay for. All in all I am glad I bought the strips and will use them again:)

My husband and I were TTC out first child for over a year. Within the first month of using the strips we became pregnant (although I haven't told him yet). My first doc appt to will be August 9th which ironically is his birthday. After learning the good news I purchased a "sneak peak" frame that I will put our first ultrasound picture into. I thought I'd would make for a unfortgettable birthday present.

Pros:

Most economical solution for those TTC. Especially those who have been TTC for a while and are frustrated with high priced OTC products that cost a fortune.

Most importantly - It worked for me!

Cons:

I used quite a few ovulation strips only because I didn't want to "miss" my LG surge. The lines did appear however they were very faint and I really had to look hard to see them. After trying for so long I took any presence of a line as an opportunity to make a baby. Thankfully it worked!

Same situation with the pregnancy tests. The lines were very faint however other OTC tests confirmed my long awaited two pink lines.

We have been ttc for over two years and just recently did we decide to get more "serious" in our efforts and start using opk's. We ordered this pack because I have no idea what day I ovulate so I have been testing twice a day every day of my cycle. Since the prices are very resonable, I dont feel guilty every time I take one. I have had a few very light pink lines, but no positives yet. A lot of people have stated that the individual packaging is discreate, I disagree with that, on one side it is blank and on the other side is completely colored with big text that describe what it is. This isnt a problem for us, if anything, it makes it easier to see what it is without a mistake of grabbing the wrong test.. but I figure some people might want to know what the packaging of the individal strips look like. They are the perfect size, and I can fit them in my wallet if I need to take them to work. The opk's and hcg tests are very simular to what we use in the emergency room that I work in.. they are very reliable. We plan to buy them again with this company

We have been ttc for 32 months, and the opk tests really help us... I find that the opk tests are not as senstive as First Response, as I always get a postive reading between Day 10 - 12 and this month nothing... but when i used a First Response, I did... So, i am not sure why it didn't show up on ept ovaluation tests? I would purchase again if incase I got a bad batch, but at the same time I still feel like i need back up.

I loved how fast the product came in the mail. I am up in Canada and it was only a week. So happy! Using the product was easy too. The only thing is it was hard to tell if the line was darker then the control line. But if you compare to previous ones it makes it alot easier to tell. All around a great product. Now I just have to wait and see if I am pregnant to use the pregnancy test. But I bet they work great too.

Cons:

Many of the strips have pits, scratches, or dents right where you need to read results.
Also dye doesn't always deposit evenly, sometime leaving what looks like a positive test, when its not.

My first month using the ovulation/pregnancy pack
I got the test after I already ovulated
But I did get to use the pregnancy test, I tried a week before i was due came out negative, I took the test a day before I was due and I got a light positive test. Were so happy.
Such a great price, and work great.
If your in BC the shipping takes about two weeks, which I didn't like, because I never got to try the ovulation but I got pregnant without.

I can't say enough about how thrilled I was to find this kit at such a good price and how happy I have been with the products. I love that the test strips are small and all of them are individually wrapped. All the ovulation strips I bought previously came in a plastic tube so I had to open it and expose the strips to air each time I tested. I had been purchasing all my ovulation and pregnancy tests at the drugstore or a mass retailer. Even with getting them on sale and using coupons I could never beat this pricing! If you are TTC - ORDER THIS KIT!! It will save you so much money. Even if you end up with extra tests that you don't use it's still cheaper! Only wish I had found these 8 months earlier!!

We have been not preventing for over a year, in hopes of getting pregnant. I was always scared of using OPKs, but I finally gave in and bought this combo. The OPKs showed me that I was ovulating later than I'd thought, so our timing was majorly improved this cycle. I would recommend these for anyone TTC, as it takes a lot of the guess work out. I have been pregnant 11 times. We give thanks to the Lord and early pregnancy tests for our success! These are the same kind of tests my OB/GYN uses. After I open the package and remove the test and silica packet, I tear the foil packet on one long side and use that as my "disposable catch cup."

I can hardly believe how inexpensive these tests are to begin with (compared to the drugstore $10-$20 variety), but in addition they are easy to use and very accurate! The package is a great value - you save quite a bit per test compared to buying these amounts separately. Been trying ttc #2 for ten months. I have my period every 40 days. I thought I knew when I ov, not untill when I used it this month ( for the first time), I found out that I ov 2 weeks later ( just 8 days before my period)... 1O dpo, the pregnancy strip showed a faint line. 11 dpo, also a faint line... Hence decided to have go at another brand clearblue and the + showed instantaneously!! Still a lil shocked! but very happy to have came across this product.Btw, just bought another more of the strips with the fetility tea, but I guess it will either be in my cupboard for the next one or to close friends... :) thank you

I live in Canada but these came within 10 days which is fairly quickly. The instructions came in the package. They are very cheap for the same type of test compared to any test bought in the stores even when on sale. They were easy to use and clear.

I recently purchase the conception combo #3 and I could not be happier. I have used the ovulation test strips before and I find them very accurate and easy to use. And the price is cannot be beat. After going to different stores in my area and seeing that the cheapest ovulation predictors kits ranged in price from $30.00 to $60.00 I decided that was not acceptable and checked online. After finding early-pregnancy-tests.com I am able to test as often as I want and with this conception combo I can test for ovulation and pregnancy! It's great. The Ovulation test work awesome! I had been buying expensive drug store one for months. Just like others said when it is positive the line is very dark. I haven't tried the pregnancy test yet, husband is not in town. I will update you when I do. ;)

I found your site when I was looking for some help TTC. I was skeptical that these would work because of the low price, but I was pleasantly surprised that I got my first clear positive at day 18 of my cycle. I am currently charting my BBT and CM, and am encouraged to see that all the signs correspond! Since I have a long cycle, this was very important for me to be able to pinpoint my exact ovulation date.

Pros:

Works great! There is even a section where you can write the details of when you took the test. That's so convenient!
Also, it's SO inexpensive!

Cons:

I've seen other reviews where the person was saying that they had a hard time interpreting their results. I didn't find that, but you do have to refer to the instructions in the beginning. I find that if you have your other strips to compare, there is no issue.

I've used expensive over the counter uvulation predictors in the past, si I had an idea as to when I ovulate, but I want to make sure. Well, just as I suspected these test strips provided the same results past expensive OTC one's had. Great value! I tried to get pregnant for almost 2 years then tried these. I didn't have any clue when I ovulated as my cycle was 21-38 days. This pack gives you the freedom to test every day for 2 cycles if you want. Then you can start testing if you're pregnant days before you're due (if you can't wait like me). I even tested for 5 days strait so I could watch the second little line get stronger (great for my scrapbook). I got pregnant in the first month of using the strips. That baby girl is now 19 months old and it was time to try again. I bought the same kit and after just 1 cycle I'm pregnant again. It really does take the guess work and stress away. The ovulation strip clearly shows when ovulation is about to occur. I take my temperature and use an ovulation monitor, so I know exactly what week to use these strips. I have been successful at achieving pregnancy 4 times, most recently this month. When I used the pregnancy strip, the positive line was so faint that I wasn't sure I was pregant. I kept testing every 3 days, and the line kept getting darker. These strips are accurate and very easy to use.

This is a great Super Saver Pack. Lots of tests so you can test a couple different times in a day if you want without having to worry about running out. I bought this product Jan 2010 after looking into OPK's and decided it was def the way to go! I purchased the cup as well to make things easier and it was totally worth it. I absolutely love these OPKs, although I have no experience using any others, I wouldn't even try..they are super easy to understand and do exactly what they say they will. I have yet to get my BFP pregnancy test, but at no fault to the test... it detects when you surge, you just have to figure out when you ovulate (there is a 12-48hr window, which is a lot of time). I recommend these to anyone TTC.. you can gradually see your LH level increase until you get your positive OPK which is when the line gets darker than the control line, super easy!!! Good luck all

Started using OPK 2 months ago and was shocked to find out that I was ovulating several days later than I had thought! OPK strips have made it so much easier to know when I am ovulating, makes such a huge difference. I also BBT chart and seeing the temp change at the same time that the OPK indicate I am ovulating is a double reassurance that the timing is right. Easy to use and can't beat the price.

I started out with the ClearBlue sticks, and just found the price too high. Also, I never got a positive with them (to be fair, it could have just been a month I didn't ovulate). This sticks work: I detected the surge. With the price as it is, you could use them twice a day if you suspect you have a shorter surge than a 24 hour period-I did. I'm using these sticks just to confirm FAM method, I wouldn't reccomend them alone because otherwise you miss several days before the surge where you might be fertile. Please read Taking Charge of Your Fertility if you haven't yet, it's the best thing I've done since we started TTC.

It's extremely clear when your LH levels surge, the 2nd line is as dark or darker than the control line so you know the window to have sex. I know it was accurate because I can feel when I'm ovulating. I am not pregnant yet so I can't say how well the pregnancy tests work.

I have been using these test strips for four years and have never been disappointed in their accuracy and affordability. After a very strong positive ovulation test, my husband and I finally conceived last month and I used the pregnancy strips to find this out. A word of advice: the results will vary in visual strength based on your level of hormones at the time. When I initially tested for pregnancy my period was only one week late and the test line was very faint. Now that I'm in my 7th week the line is very strong.

Love this product! After a miscarriage my husband and I decided to try to get pregnant again. We didn't have any sucess so we decided to try this combo pack. Glad to say IT WORK! The OPKs always give me clear results, and because they are cheap, I test more than once a day when I expect ovulation is near. The pregnancy tests seem very reliable. Though I like the clearer, darker early line of some other tests, for the price these can't be beat. The only times I have seen anything where the test line should be, other tests have confirmed that I was either pregnant or having a chemical pregnancy. I wish I hadn't had to buy so many batches of these, but I will keep doing so until I am done with TTC.

Have been a long-time supporter of the pregnancy test strips... what an affordable way to ease your mind any time you want for such a small price! I just started trying to conceive and now began using the ovulation test strips. It is a relief to see that pink line grow from light to darker, back to light again, helping to show exactly when I ovulate with out the calendar guesswork.

You can't beat this price for ovulation and pregnancy tests... so much cheaper than even one pack of ovulation tests from the drug store! Having so many tests at such a cheap price means that you aren't afraid to test early and often... I ovulated late this month and would never have known if I'd been using drug store tests, because I would have ran out before ovulation was detected, and at about $40 - 50 a pack, who wants to use two packs in one month? I live in Canada so when I seen this site and how cheap it was for 50 ovulation test`s plus 15 Pregnancy tests I was hooked before I bought them . . . Here it is almost 34 dollars for only 7 tests . . . Great price! It was hard for me to tell if I was ovulating or not. I have PCOS and I guess elevated lh levels are one of the symptoms. I've used an entire pack of 50. Each time I had two lines that were very close in color...I never had a period and I'm pretty sure I haven't ovulated. I think they do work for most people and it's a great price.

The tests did not work for me at all. The ovulation tests were always negative. I knew this could not be right so I purchased some OTC tests and they worked. If I would have depended on the test I purchased from here I wouldn't be expecting. I had a friend try them to see if I was weird or something and they didn't work for her either. I was terribly disappointed in the test and will never order them again. At first I told some friends about them and told them to try them. After this I told them to stay away from these test and to get some that are reliable. I hope they work for others I felt really bad about this. Sorry.

OK. So I never really review products but $15,000 later and two fertility specialists. This product worked without the grief, loss, and invasive procedures. I was unable to conceive after 5 years of trying using the clear blue fertility monitor and every over the counter midstream ovulation test out there. I had my twins by completeing IVF. That cycle was lucky and resulted in my boys. My 2009 IVF cycle was a total loss and I lost my remaining embryos. Out of money and out of hope I turned to what I was a vague hope for a very reasonable price. This kit accomplished was years of specialist care was not able to. I am 6 months pregnant now and I only used the kit for two months. The packaging was discrete. The directions are easy to read and I have alot of surplus for another try after my baby is born. I'm so happy and this seems truly surreal. When the doctors told me I should give up trying I really never expected this to work. I now feel I have hope for the large family I always wanted.

After battling amennoreah for 1 1/2 years due to overexcercising/low body fat, I started treatments of provera and clomid to induce ovulation. I started using the ovulation predictor sticks from day 11 to day 18 with no positive results. We did the baby dance every day anyways just in case. Not fun doing it eight days in a row! I assumed I didn't ovulate. However, I read somewhere that clomid can make you ovulate late, so I began testing on day 24 (also since my nipples were very sore all of a sudden). I finally got a positive OPK result on days 24 and 25. So we began the baby dance again - and Voila! Two weeks later (now on day 40 of my cycle) I just got a strong positive HPT. Went to the doctor yesterday and she confirmed it with blood work!

So anyone who may be on Clomid or other fertility drugs - don't give up just cuz you have passed day 18. If it weren't for the OPK strips, I never would have tried again so late! Oh, and I also used pre-seed since I was quite 'dry' from the clomid. Best of luck!

my husband and i had been trying to conceive for 5 months and weren't having any luck. I have a somewhat irregular 36 day cycle and had no idea when i would ovulate. After using the OPT for just 1 month, positive pregnancy test! Couldn't have worked better. My only issue which gave it 4 stars vs 5 is for its ease of use. I sometimes found it hard to read and was confused by all the rules.... don't drink at least 1-2hrs before, test after 3pm....

The pregnancy test portion was much easier and worked super early in telling me I was pregnant. I ovulated per the OPT on the 29th of July and had a + HPT by the 9th.

Well worth the money!

I have very long cycles and it's impossible to pin point my ovulation. I've been ttc for 6 years and one cycle with the conception combo #3 pack thingy i'm pregnant! I got my BFP 9 DOP. The ovulation tests were quite easy to use and there were so many that i used them from CD 7 to CD 33 just to be sure! And i've still got some to spare. I tracked my temperature as well and was able to know the exact day i ovulated. I'm 5 weeks along now.
The green test is the ovulation test and the blue one is the pregnancy test. The pregnancy test was very faint but there none the less.
I recommend this pack to any one TCC with PCOS. And as a point of interest you may want to buy a package of dixy cups as well.

TTC is nerve-racking and expensive! I was spending way too much money at the stores buying monthly ovulation kits. I have looked all over to find a deal. The conception packs are cheap enough for me to continue caring for my family while TTC. Unfortunately, I haven't used the pregnancy tests yet but hoping to soon. The ovulation strips work well. I recommend buying the collection cup for 95 cents. It's hard to pee on such a small stick, so the cup save time and frustration!

I recently started fertility treatments to achieve pregnancy and bought the combo pack thinking it would take a few months for everything to get timed properly. The ovulation tests worked great, they went from faint lines showing ovulation was coming, to a nice, solid, darker line the morning after I took my trigger shot! I took pregnancy tests about every other day, starting about 7 days after ovulation with flat negative results. About 12 dpo, I got a line so faint I couldn't tell if it was even there or if I just really wanted it to be there. The next day, I took another test, as well as a First Response test, the early-pregnancy strip was the same as the day before, but the First Response was a clear positive. What's even stranger, two days after my pregnancy was confirmed through blood test with a 183 hcg, the early pregnancy strip still came back much lighter than the control line. Fortunately these things have nearly a 2-year shelf life because bfp first month after starting new meds!

This is a great combo pack, enough strips that I have so far been able to test for two months and still have enough left over so that if we don't conceive after this month I can still test next month (but I really hope I don't have to :)

Like many of you on here my cycle is crazy, and easily influenced by stress ect. so my only advice for anyone who hasn't used the ovulation tests from here before, is to be patient and consistent about testing, for me the positive result comes right after I have a few days of getting a line that is pretty dark, but not darker then the control line, then bam, one day I get the line that is darker then the control for only one day. I would also recomend the little urine sample cup that they offer here, it helps make the process a bit easier. I hope this helps and best wishes to all of you!!!

I Was a chronic tester and needed a lot without paying a lot! When it read positive I had to do 6 more just to be sure. Was positive and clear every time!!

This is the best $35 i have ever spent. We have been TTCing since Nov'09 but I was having problems with my ovulation timings. So I tried BBT (Body basal temp) method to try & see if & when I'm ovulating. It showed that I was Oing but I wasn't sure exactly when.. So I got this pack thinking it'll help me pinpoint my O days exactly and I thought it might take more than 1 cycle to pinpoint my ovulation so I got this combo pack. Well I used my opk's for 25 days b'coz my cycles are all over the place and I finally got my +ve opk on CD 25 and on 15DPO I got my +ve HPT!! I got my BFP on the 1st month of using these :) I would highly recommend this to everyone who's TTCing.

Pros:

It's very sensitive to hormones and very easy to use

Cons:

The OPK strip results are a lil bit confusing, I had to compare my results with their +ve OPK gallery on their website.

I'm from Canada, so I don't have access to the Amazon.com deals. This website has a great price for these, and the free shipping to Canada was definitely a deal sealer!

Pros:

Quantity and quality for the price.

There is a lot of waste in the packaging.

I've used these ovulation strips in the past with great success and they're working well once again. I've compared my results with friends more expensive machines and test strips and am glad I didn't waste the $ on one of the machines or more expensive strips.
These are easy to read and a positive is a positive. The results have always been perfectly in line with my temperatures & charting of other ovulation signs.
It's a nice reassurance at a low cost.

Pros:

Work as well as any other test strips.
Compact and discrete (bonus if you have to test at work!)
Very cost effective. This is great if it takes multiple cucles of "trying" to get pregnant.
Proven accuracy aligned with charting.

I've been pregnant 2 times in the last year (Sadly they were both miscarriages) but will be using them again when I try to conceive again. Shows clearly when your best days are to have intercourse. Takes the guess work out of it !!!!

These tests are an enormous value over the store bought box kits.. I've bought my fair share of them . These tests are accurate and fast. I love how clearly the line show on the strips it leaves no confusion about positive or negative. I tried for five years to have my son and had I known about this site I would have saved hundreds over that time. You can't be the price! This is my second cycle with these tests. I'm hoping for my BFP. Lots of baby dust too you all.

After suffering with PCOS for the past 10 years, and not being able to conceive I was at a loss. Well I ordered this combo pack along with the fertility tea (did not like) and also a tube of the pre-seed multi use. after 2 months of testing from day 12 on until I pin pointed ovulation (different by a week both months) were PREGNANT! about 5.5 weeks now due in early August! I found this site from a parenting message board and let me tell you that it has saved me so much money! You can't find ovulation or pregnancy tests in any store that are even close to the pricing on here!
