In addition to our free shipping option of USPS First Class Mail, we offer expedited upgrade options to ensure your products are received when you need them.
Confidential Packaging: We also know that confidentiality is critical when it comes to products of this type. For this reason, we use the utmost in discretion in packaging your order for shipment. Click here to see an example of our discreet packaging. All orders are sent with the non-descript return address name of "AHPT Online Store". Products are mailed in bubble-wrap envelope or a plain box (depending on the nature and/or size of your order).
Shipping Modes, Rates, and Delivery Time Frame Estimates
First Class Mail Shipping (U.S. Only)
Availability: Available anywhere within the United States
Cost: FREE for orders of $14.95 or more; just $2.99 for orders of $14.94 or less
Delivery Time Frame: For U.S. orders, first class mail typically takes between 2-6 business days, though it may occasionally take an additional business day.
In the event of non-delivery of a U.S. order shipped via first class mail, we will re-ship the package if it has not arrived within 10 business days of order shipment. In the event that the order tracking states delivered, to the address provided for the order, a claim number from the USPS may be required prior to a complimentary reshipment being made.
First Class Mail Shipping (Canada Only)
Availability: Available anywhere within Canada
Cost: $7.95 regardless of order total
Delivery Time Frame: Orders to Canada take a bit longer, typically around 7-10 business days; however, please note that Canadian customs is a variable that we cannot control. Occasionally orders shipped to Canada will take longer than the estimated delivery time frame to arrive due to customs delays. Canadian customers seeking faster delivery should select the International Express option.
In the event of non-delivery of a Canadian order shipped via first class mail, we will re-ship the package if it has not arrived within 30 days or shipment. In the event that the order tracking states delivered, to the address provided for the order, a claim number from the USPS may be required prior to a complimentary reshipment being made.
USPS Priority Mail (US Only)
Availability: Available anywhere within the United States
Cost: $7.95 regardless of order total
Delivery Time Frame: Typically between 1-3 business days, though it may occasionally take an additional business day. Please note that USPS does not guarantee its Priority Mail delivery time frames, and as such, neither can we; however, we have found the 1-3 business day estimate to be reliable in most cases.
In the event of non-delivery, we will re-ship the package if it has not arrived within 5 business days of order shipment. In the event that the order tracking states delivered, to the address provided for the order, a claim number from the USPS may be required prior to a complimentary reshipment being made.
FedEx Overnight (US Only)
Availability: Most addresses within the 50 United States
Cost: $28.95 regardless of order total
Delivery Time Frame: Typically overnight. Note: orders received by 2 p.m. Eastern Time (11 am PST) will ship out on the same day they are received Monday through Friday. Overnight orders do not ship out on Saturdays. Also, please note that we use the standard FedEx Overnight service which does not deliver on Saturday/Sunday, or to PO boxes.
International Express (All Non-US Orders and Expedited Orders to Canada)
Availability: Available to all non-US countries served by Early-Pregnancy-Tests.com, including Canada.
Cost: $34.95 regardless of order total
Delivery Time Frame: Typically orders shipped via International Express are received within 3-5 business days, although customs delays may prolong delivery.
Please note: Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied by customs agencies once the package reaches your country. In the case of customs duty, additional charges for customs clearance are borne by the receiver. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information on duties or any import restrictions.
Order Tracking: Because we ship via US Mail, no point-to-point tracking of the type offered by UPS, FedEx, etc is provided (although we do employ a delivery confirmation service for our own internal purposes). Because we do ship all orders in a prompt manner, you can expect your order to arrive within the time frame outlined above.
On rare occasions, severe weather may impact delivery. Weather conditions change rapidly, and as a result so do road conditions. In this case, shipping services do not guarantee on time delivery. Also, please note that shipments delayed due to inclement weather are not eligible for refund or credit under the money-back guarantee policy.
Address Errors: Lost or delayed orders as a result of an address error submitted by the customer are not the responsibility of PregnancyStore. Orders that are returned to us as the result of an address error can be re-shipped at the customer's expense. If the customer elects to cancel the order, it will be considered a return and a 15% restocking fee will apply.
International Duty: Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes if crossing a border, and are levied by customs agencies once the package reaches your country. In the case of customs duty, additional charges for customs clearance are borne by the receiver. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information on duties or any import restrictions. If tax is applied, you will be contacted by your country's customs office for payment of duty prior to collection or delivery of your order. If you chose not to pay the customs fees and refuse the order, the package will be shipped back to us. Once we receive the order returned by customs, we will proceed with a refund for you less our 15% restocking fee per our return policy. **Please note that orders returned by customs due take time in transit for return. We do not have control over the speed of the return delivery back to us.
Shipping Policy Regarding Specific Products
Clearblue Fertility Monitor: At this time, shipping for the ClearBlue Fertility Monitor is only available within the United States. For all US orders, the ClearBlue Fertility Monitor will be upgraded to Priority Mail automatically - and free of charge - by our shipping staff; however, the Free First Class Mail shipping option is the one that should be selected at checkout in order to take advantage of this promotion.
OvaCue Fertility Monitor: Shipping for the OvaCue is available anywhere within the United States and Canada. In the US, the OvaCue Fertility Monitor ships free of charge via USPS Priority Mail. To receive free Priority Mail shipping for the OvaCue monitor, please select the Free First Class Mail shipping option at checkout. Our shipping staff will then automatically upgrade your order to priority mail.
In order to return merchandise to PregnancyStore, please contact us to obtain an RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) Number. Returns will not be accepted without this prior authorization and any unauthorized returns will be returned back to the customer at customer expense. Requests for returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the purchase date. We do not refund shipping costs for returns. Return shipping costs (and any additional confirmation/insurance costs) are the responsibility of the customer.
No partial orders can be accepted for return (e.g. a customer purchases 10 pregnancy tests and wants to return 6 upon discovering she is pregnant). Returns must be in an unopened state; that is, product that has been opened and/or used are not eligible for return. A 15% restocking fee will apply to all authorized returns.
Supplements and Vitamins: As per standard quality assurance policies, no returns will be accepted for supplements or vitamins that have been opened or used. If products are damaged or tamper-evident seal is broken, to request an exchange, please contact us for an RMA. As with all supplements, consult with a doctor before using if you have any pre-existing medical condition. FertilAid for Women should not be taken by pregnant or breastfeeding women.
Fertility Monitors: We will accept returns of unopened fertility monitors for up to 30 days after the purchase date. Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products we sell, we are unable to accept returns for items that have already been opened. All returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. Returned items not accompanied by an RMA will not be accepted and will be returned to you at your expense. Please note that a 15% restocking fee applies to all returns and shipping fees will not be refunded. Manufacturer Defect: In the rare instance of a manufacturer defect with the ClearBlue monitor, please contact the manufacturer directly (http://www.clearplan.com) at 1-800-321-3279.
