FertileBalance is an elegant body moisturizing cream designed to moisturize and nourish dry skin.  Developed by fertility experts, FertileBalance contains shea butter, aloe, and grapeseed extract to help protect and beautify your skin, and provides natural progesterone, which can be helpful for promoting overall reproductive health in trying-to-conceive women.

To use FertileBalance, apply 1/4 teaspoon cream into soft tissue areas such as face, breast, inner arms, thighs, hands or bottom of feet. Rotate areas to avoid saturation. Begin daily application during the second half of your menstrual cycle, or after you ovulate (typically around cycle day 14). Once menstruation begins (start of new menstrual cycle), discontinue use of FertileBalance until around the time you ovulate again and use it throughout the second half of your cycle. If you discover you are pregnant, consult your doctor regarding the continued use of FertileBalance during the rest of your pregnancy.

I only started using this half way through my last cycle and it already has made the difference I wanted but lengthening my luteal phase and upping my progesterone. I like the smell too and it rubs in/absorbs well and quickly! I am so glad I found this product!

This is the BEST progesterone cream that I have come across. I used it 1.4tsp twice a day for 10 days (like provera) instead of 14 and exactly 4 days after I stopped using it AF came on full force! I tried this cream because I wanted something natural to bring on my cycle instead of using synthetic progesterone pills and IT WORKED beautifully! I am now about to start my first medicated cycle with Femara/Ovidrel/TI. I will order more of this to continue to use just to help keep my cycle regulated. I have PCOS and usually go about 3-4 months between periods. LOVE FERTILEBALANCE!

Cons:
Very small bottle for the price, wish there was more.

This product is easy to use and has a nice scent. Other reviews indicated that the smell turned them off, but it did not bother me at all. Wish there were more directions with it such as how often to use it (once or twice daily)

I hv low Progesterone so I hv been using this for 2 months. My cycles hv gone from 24 days to 28, which is good so my egg has time to implant! It does make u feel preggers but I might as well get used to that feeling lol. Don't know if this has anything to do with the cream or not, but I do hv a lot of random energy....bonus maybe? I'm going to the fertility Dr. on Monday so still need more help but I will hv more blood work and will know for sure if my Progesterone level is up!!!!!!!!Baby Dust to all! Oh yeah ttc for 8 months.......

I started using this cream 2DPO, I used 1/8 tsp. every 12 hours. I got pregnant the very first month using this cream! I plan to use it atleast until my 1st trimester is over.

The only thing I didnt like about this cream was the smell of it, but that is personal preference and the smell goes away quickly. It sort of smelled like saliva to me for some reason!

I have PCOS and this is the first progesterone cream I have ever tried. I used a little bit of it in the morning and at night after ovulation. I usually spot alot between periods, but since I've been using this I don't spot until the day I actually start my period. My periods are shorter too. Now they are about 5 days instead of 2 weeks long. And my cycles are evened out completely to exactly 31 days. Before, I could never tell when they would happen. The only thing I do not like about it is the smell. It's not a strong smell, but it's a weird smell and I'm very sensitive to it. But it's worth dealing with.

After a few months of charting my temps & finding that they go all over the place after ovulation I decided to give it a try.I started using it on CD 26 & I made the mistake of using it on the 2nd day of what I thought was a thermal shift but than the next morning my temps were back down so I don't think I ovulated this month & AF came a couple days ago. I recommend that people start using it on the 3rd day of their thermal shift & not to be tempted to do it before then. noticed that I felt a bit better after a couple days of using it. I spotted a few times in the morning & using the cream made it stop by the afternoon

Very vague instructions. Looking progesterone cream up online many sites say to use it 2 times a day up to 1/2 a teaspoon. I also don't like that it doesn't say how much progesterone is in it

I was having problems with low progesterone which was causing spotting and light bleeding about 3 days after ovulation and it would last several days off and on until my menstrual flow was due and after using this for one day the spotting stopped. I think it's a wonderful product!

not sure what worked, the timing or the different products I tried, but this cream is great. It does make you "feel pregnant" a little earlier than you might actually be. I think it helped me be a little less stressed out though this month and I'm continuing to use it now that i am pregnant. From the reading I've been doing, and I am an MD, this cream is very safe. Fragrance free, absorbs quickly. I would recommend it to anyone, especially women with "estrogen dominance" syndrome.
