The only thing I didn't like about this is the coating. When I used it 3 years ago, it had a yellow gel coating that masked the smell and taste a little more than it does now. But overall, it is a great product.

I have used these for a while now because compared to other brands they have better ingredients and more 100% of more vitamins. They smell and taste awful though. it is a bit hard to stomach them for that reason. I really wish they came in a softgel!

Really great vitamin

First, I will start by saying that I am not pregnant. I am taking this prenatal for my hair, skin and nails and in preparation for one day becoming pregnant. Therefore, I have not shown it to a doctor for review of the vitamin amounts necessary for pregnancy. However, from what I have found online, they seem pretty much right, though may require a calcium supplement (at a different time, because I've read calcium hinders the absorption of other vitamins). I am giving this vitamin five stars because they are relatively small and easy to swallow for a multivitamin. They have a pretty nasty smell if you put your nose up to the bottle and sniff, but as long as I don't breathe in when I'm getting one out and I take it, the smell is not a problem. This smell is not nearly as bad as many vitamins, and I am very sensitive to smells. I wouldn't let one linger in my mouth, but there is no aftertaste. Most importantly, these vitamins do not make me feel ill after taking them. Nearly every multi vitamin I've taken makes me feel horrible for about an hour afterward. Once I've taken this one, there are no after effects. It's pretty great.

I just found out I was pregnant and purchased these pills. When I went to the doctor they prescribed me some vitamins and I looked at the ingredient list and these pills were sooo much better! They give you everything you need. I do not have any morning sickness yet (6weeks along) but when I take these i do get an upset stomach. I decided to cut them in half and take one with lunch and one with dinner.

These vitamins are great-don't get nausea when taking and easy to swallow. not yet pregnant, but at least I know I am getting the vitamins/minerals I need. compared to other brands, the price is very resonable too.

I've been taking these vitamins for a year now. I started taking them when I first found out I was pregnant last Feb. and am continuing now that I am nursing. Very easy to swallow! I used the early pregnancy tests and found out I was pregnant a week before my expected period! I will use them again the next time I try to conceive. So much cheaper than store bought tests.

These are by far my favorite prenatals and I am only sad I didn't discover them until my second pregnancy. They are tiny and easy to swallow - don't get stuck in your throat and leave a horrible gag-worthy taste. I took these for my whole pregnancy and 9 months after since I was breastfeeding.

This is a great prenantal vitamin, it has everything you need for you and baby, and the best thing about it is it is significantly smaller than most vitamins, which is perfect for me, because I can't swallow pills at all. Very good product!

I picked these out of many out there because it has the most complete combination of vitamins and minerals. Many pre-natal vitamins contain more than 7,000 of retinol vitamin A which is risky while pregnant, this vitamin has a safe 5,000 of beta carotene.

I absolutely love this vitamin! Only having to take it once a day and the fact that it is a lot smaller than most vitamins I've tried are big pluses. Also, I just feel better overall when I'm taking it, like it's a higher quality, and it really does make a difference.

I like these a lot. During my last pregnancy I had to take 3 pills everyday but I only have to take one a day with these and it's even smaller than the others!
