Not What I Thought

I bought this product thinking it was gonna help me conceive, the frits wouldn't stay hydrated I followed all the instructions kept it upright in the case when not wearing it, kept it snug on skin when wearing it. I called CS and they told me to put it in a small dish with water for an hour still didnt work. I caution anyone looking to buy this product If it dries out in the middle most crucial time if your cycle it is VERY dishearting! Don't get your hopes up. TTC for two year
