There was no warning when I bought the product and I didn't know until after I took it that it contained L-Arginine. I found out the hard way this brings on an outbreak. Turns out Vitex fruit helps you make progesterone. Without it I did not make progesterone and lost the baby.. so if you take this and become pregnant ask your doctor for a progesterone supplement, because you where taking a supplement that helped you produce progesterone. I do NOT want to see anyone go through what I am. I will continue the pills and have a go again!
