Extra-Sensitive Pregnancy Tests for Earliest Detection

We have recently begun carrying an even more sensitive pregnancy test strip for the earliest detection of pregnancy. These tests detect just 10 miu/ml of hCG present in urine (note that the lower the number, the higher the sensitivity of a test).

Important Note from Early-Pregnancy-Tests.com: Since 2001, we have sold our flagship 20 miu/ml hCG pregnancy test, and we still carry that test today. That test is our preferred test, and it continues to be the test we recommend most, as it provides early detection of pregnancy and tends to receive better customer reviews than the 10 miu/ml hCG test. While the 10 miu/ml hCG pregnancy test may offer slightly greater sensitivity in testing, we have found it to be a less stable test than our 20 miu/ml hCG pregnancy test. That said, we have many customers who prefer the 10 miu/ml hCG test, and for that reason, we continue to stock it.

These FDA cleared pregnancy tests are 99.9% accurate and detect human chorionic gonadotropic (hCG), a hormone secreted by the developing placenta shortly after fertilization, at levels of just 10 miu/ml hCG. You may begin testing just 7 to 10 days after your ovulation date.
