I started using the dreamgenii in my 20th week of pregnancy. It completely resolved the lower back pain I was having at the time and has kept it away my entire pregnancy. I am days from delivery and still sleep with my dreamgenii everynight. At this phase it helps me feel like I am not falling apart -- if you've been pregnant you know what I am talking about :) If this is your first, trust me, you begin to feel like your body is in pieces. I squeeze it between my legs at night and I HONESTLY still get at least 6 hours of sleep each night. I look forward to using it as a nursing pillow in the coming weeks :)
