Conception Series CD #1: Preparing for Conception
It’s well established that stress, in all its forms, negatively impacts our ability to become pregnant. This is true of work-related stress, stress associated with our personal relationships, and even “trying-to-conceive” stress. In fact, it’s believed that stress associated with “trying too hard” to become pregnant may play a role in up to 30% of infertility cases.
How does stress impact fertility? It’s believed that there is a direct link between elevated stress levels and sub-optimal hormonal balance. Additionally, it has been shown that reducing stress may actually help facilitate development of a uterine lining that is more receptive to implantation.
How can you reduce stress to improve your chances of conceiving? Experts recommend a number of techniques, including yoga, meditation, and hypnosis.
Preparing for Conception is a hypnotherapy audio CD led by leading hypnotherapist, Dr. Jayne Helle. Preparing for Conception is designed to help people of all walks and faiths decrease the amount of stress they’re experiencing as a result of the trying-to-conceive process. This reduction in stress, in turn, allows positive, healthy physiological processes to resume in a constructive manner for achieving pregnancy.
The Preparing for Conception audio CD is one hour in length, and consists of two thirty minute sessions:
Session 1: Hypnosis (designed to encourage positive change and reduce stress in order to help facilitate conception)
Session 2: Subliminal Affirmations (designed to reinforce and affirm your relationship with your partner and your readiness to achieve pregnancy)
About Dr. Jayne Helle: Dr. Helle received her Bachelor of Science Degree at Santa Ana California, and received her Doctor of Philosophy Degree from the American Institute of Hypnotherapy. She has a scholarly background in philosophy, behavioral motivation, neurolinguistic programming, human consciousness, sociology, and psychology. She is also a clinical practitioner in the art of “healing energy”.

Review: The CD may be helpful for some in acheiving a sort of relaxation, but I found Dr. Helle's voice very distracting. I could hear her wetting her lips, swollowing, or moving her mouth throughout the etire first half of the CD. The extraneous sounds got in the way of the message. |

Review: I like this CD. Dr Helle voice walks you through a full body relaxation, from toes to scalp. The only things that I found a little distracting was the advertising between the 2 sections of the CD. Still, I would recommend this CD to anyone. |
